Virtual Reality Bloopers!

We got some good ones out of this movie! So far the scene that took the most takes was the "Majikoopa attack" with Princess Peach (Toogie), Toad (Scoot), and Majikoopa (Buddy)

Virtual Reality Trailor!

whoo hoo! Here's a trailor for the movie we are currently working on! We should be done before the end of May.. we hope! As for an update on what's up in the Take5 world, I'm hopefully going to order the costumes for this movie tomorrow. We got a TON of filming done between yesterday and today which is a HUGE blessing!! Also, a special thanks to our mom for joining the acting crew today! She did a great job portraying a rather sarcastic and somewhat "mean" mother in the movie. I would like to say on her behalf she is no where near close to either in real life for when we post the whole movie and you see her acting like that! :) Enjoy the trailor!
Sincerely,
Alligator

lego "claymation" Adventures in Odyssey edition

Buddy and I worked on this project a little on Sunday, and finished it over lunch break today. The voices, sound effects, and music come from a clip of a radio show called Adventures in Odyssey. This episode is called "A liscense to drive" If you want to hear the whole thing for free, it's playing today on http://www.whitsend.org/ We got the clip off of one of their albums. For the record, it took 55 pictures to make this video, but we both had a blast putting together the characters and building the parking lot. Enjoy this short clip!

"I'm Letting Go!"

This is one of our favorite songs by Francesca Battistelli. Toogie is (mouthing the words... shh...) and I made up most of her poses and such. (Yeah, even the weird guitar one at the end... we ran out of ideas...) LOL so anyway, without further ado: I'm Letting Go sung by Franny, mouthed by Sarah, and weird poses by mua.

Newer movie idea

Now don't get me wrong, we ARE still doing the Magic Tree House idea. The book hasn't exactly been typed in script form yet... but don't doubt. :) Meanwhile Buddy came up with another good idea! A story that has something to do with Mario Bros.! That's all I'm going to say for now. We have a rough plot we plan to finish developing sometime soon. Then Buddy is going to write the script with me editing. We have a date to start filming: May 7th (The day we get out of school, lol!) Hopefully soon after we've filmed a few scenes we will be able to post a preview. (That is as long as blogger doesn't pull a trick on us like last Summer and make it impossible to post videos...) And yeah. THAT'S all I'm going to say for now.

Untill later, and thank you for your patience in all our goings of back and forth, ;-)
Alligator

Oh, and P.S. I am uploading a music video Toogie and I made up as we filmed last Summer. Just a little thank you for anyone who bothers to stop by and read every now and then. Enjoy!

New movie idea

Yeah, yeah. I know. we've tossed around alot of movie ideas over the Summer and so far none of them have come to life. We pretty much dumped the puppet idea. It's too hard for three people to manage the puppets and camera at the same time. Cinderbella gets pushed further down the drain every time I try to train my two rats to dance the minuet, and the Un-named movie which we had started filming would now need to be re-filmed because we moved. sigh. All this to say... NEW MOVIE IDEA! lol! We were in the car today (funny that's where we get most of our ideas) And as Toogie was reading a book, she or Buddy one, realized that it would be a fun movie plot! The book just so happened to be One of the "Magic Tree House" books. If you haven't read them, you should. If you're older than 13, people might look at you funny, but you still should. :) They are really cute and I agree, it would be VERY fun making and VERY fun writting the script (because the book IS the script) So, I'm not promising anything, but this idea sounds like it hit the movie making sweet spot on all five of us kids. Let me know what you think!

Sincerely,
Alligator

This video was just for fun. There was no script or point of direction, but somehow it didn't get too out of hand. Enjoy!
