New movie idea

Yeah, yeah. I know. we've tossed around alot of movie ideas over the Summer and so far none of them have come to life. We pretty much dumped the puppet idea. It's too hard for three people to manage the puppets and camera at the same time. Cinderbella gets pushed further down the drain every time I try to train my two rats to dance the minuet, and the Un-named movie which we had started filming would now need to be re-filmed because we moved. sigh. All this to say... NEW MOVIE IDEA! lol! We were in the car today (funny that's where we get most of our ideas) And as Toogie was reading a book, she or Buddy one, realized that it would be a fun movie plot! The book just so happened to be One of the "Magic Tree House" books. If you haven't read them, you should. If you're older than 13, people might look at you funny, but you still should. :) They are really cute and I agree, it would be VERY fun making and VERY fun writting the script (because the book IS the script) So, I'm not promising anything, but this idea sounds like it hit the movie making sweet spot on all five of us kids. Let me know what you think!

Sincerely,
Alligator

This video was just for fun. There was no script or point of direction, but somehow it didn't get too out of hand. Enjoy!

Sorry

Hey everyone,
sorry I have not wrightin in a LONG TIME... Any way we are working on a puppet show for the end of the year party for school. Its called the door in the wall I'm exited. We will try to do it for littlebritche's birthday. We are going to move so we have to start over with filming for the "un-named" movie. We decided not to do Cinderbella because were moving and giving away the bunnies saturday morning at 10:00 wich leaves us with a dog, one baby, two rats and one robo hamster... In other words not enough actors.

A Turn Of Events

Here is our biggest production yet. It took about three months to film, edit, and produce. Buddy came up witht the idea. Originally the story was just going to be about a princess who got lost in the woods, but we soon discovered this wasn't going to be enough to go by. Enjoy!

Shopping With Grandma

Here is the second skit we filmed. Sorry it took so much longer for me to get this one up. Also it should be noted that this "Grandma" character just turned 300 in March. :)

So we did get alot of filming done today!! It wasn't untill earlier when Toogie said, "ROLL 'EM!" that I realized we use a few "oldish" terms. It was all I could do not to say, "Uhhh...digital camera..." :) Anyway, here's one of the skits we did today. We were going for corney, Plus this is a school project, so don't expect much.
We just finished filming on The Finding Of Uranus! It was a whole lot of fun and only took about 45 minutes to shoot. Buddy, Toogie, and Scoot are all supurb actors and it was so funny to see this silent film come to life behind the camera! Now to mix up some editing for the film and we can check that one off our list.

Now that that's all said and done, we are immediately moving on to a new idea Buddy came up with just yesterday, Grocerie Shopping with Grandma. Yet another short film and this one is pretty much meaningless, it's just for laughs. We hope to check this one off our list aswell so that we can move on to our bigger projects like Cinderbella and the Un-named.

Speaking of which, allow me to take a little rabbit trail here to announce exciting news: BUDDY FINSIHED THE CINDERBELLA SCRIPT!! Yeah, so, it's not THAT exciting, but still, it goes to show that we really haven't given up on these older ideas.

Well, thanks to anyone who still reads this thing!

God  bless,
Alligator

P.S. I just noticed that the movie uploader button is back on blogger! Now we can post our videos!!!

Today, Take5 started production on a school project movie. It will be a silent short film, so it will certainly be interesting! Buddy is still working on the script and will hopefully be done by tomorrow. Also, don't worry about our other movies, we haven't forgotten about "Un-named" "Adventures in the Bible" or "Cinderbella," we're just finishing up this short film and then we are going to hop right back to those other productions. We sure are going to be busy this summer and fall, though!

Sincerely,
Alligator

We started filming our new movie last Saturday! The un-named one that is... Yeah we need to work on a name... Anyway, we've gotten a couple of new things for Take5 Productions that will help the quality of our movies. First a tripod! Yes, up until now we've been trying to stack up logs, chairs, and anything else we could find. This will help make the movies look much more smooth, so we're really excited about that! The other new exciting thing is... well.. we're keeping that one a secret for the un-named movie! :)

Talk to you later!

My favorite scene from Case of the Missing Rock is when Larry (played by Buddy) is taking what he so called "cheese" (really salsa) and tries to give it to Fred the captive.

  =) Toogie
This was certainly my favorite movie to film! It was a lot of fun! There were some stunts pulled by Toogie, Scoot had more lines than ever, and Buddy played more than four roles!

As well as Cinderbella, Take5 also has another exciting movie being created! It is nameless for now, but word has it that it may be a sequel to "Case of the Missing Rock" Speaking of which, if all goes well, we will hopefully have "Case of the Missing rock" posted as a video to our blog soon!
